It's not possible to load two drawings at the same time in Annotation.

 

The reason for this request is:

Users want to copy texts from one drawing into another.

This is only possible with this steps:

* load the source drawing

* copy the content of the text into clipboard

* load the destination drawing

* paste the text from the clipboard

 

We already tried to load the destination drawing in Annotation and parallel the source drawing into 2D Access.

But if we copy the text into the clipboard, in Annotation it is added as sketch, because it's not possible to copy only the content of the text.

 

It would be nice if a drawing could be loaded as "subpart" in Annotation, like it's possible in Drafting.
