I was hoping there would be support on Windchill Mobile and Creo View Mobile to open 2D representations, but at this point I cannot figure out a solution. I am trying to view Drawings on my iPad to further implement this so all of the factory workers can quickly pull up a digital, 2D representation on the shop floor versus the paper drawings we have now.
I have both the Creo View App and the Windchill Mobile app, and I am able to open all of our 3D representations (Parts and Assemblies), but I can't figure out why we cannot open Drawings or pull PDF's through Windchill to the iPad. On the DEMO system of Windchill Mobile, that comes pre-loaded when you download the app, there is a PDF file right on the front page. The DEMO system allows you to open the PDF and look at the viewable right from the App. If I access our system, the drawing (all of these are represented, .pvz, .pdf, .drw) I cannot view anything 2D.
Why does the source code of the App allow the DEMO system to load PDF's and 2D Viewables, but I can't load new ones?
