To allow Creo View 3.1 accept the reasonable penetration in Dynamic Interference:

In current Creo View 3.1 M010, all penetration will be reported in highlight as an interference occurrence, while in actual business, some tiny penetration is work as designed (for example: rubber between two object), and won't like this to be reported as interference.

Please consider to add more control parameter to enhance this function.
