Can we get handle for direction arrows for section/auxiliary views in their parent view( e.g,AA,BB,CC etc) through ProToolkit ?

Hi

i have a section view named PP. Its parent view is parametric and has direction arrow PP-PP. Can we get the handle or location for this arrow ?

For example:
