Is there a simple way to change the units of a part using J-LINK. I am looking to change the mass, length and possibly time. I would really like change the units to a defined system of units if possible.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that WebLink and JLink can't even detect units until WF4. Not only can you not change units, but you don't even know what units the model is currently using.
The is a royal pain, especially if you're dealing with assemblies containing models of varying units: metric, english, or bizarre variations of both. There's nothing you can do about it other than waiting until WF4, using some Pro/Toolkit code, or using macros (mapkeys).
