Drawing Symbols and Dimensions

I would like to relate a drawing symbol to a dimension in J-Link, can this be done? If I was to do it manually in Pro/ENGINEER I would select the symbol and then go to Edit - Group - Relate to Object and then select the dimension. The symbol would then remain in the same location with respect to the dimension when the dimension is moved.
