Failed to initialize J-Link in Creo 3.0

Hi!

 

Has anyone had problems with the J-Link in Creo 3.0?

We have tested Creo 3.0 M010 and it is not booting J-Link.

 

During the installation the options were chosen for the API WebLink and J-Link and it is still not working.

 

In the Creo 3.0 F000 and Creo 2.0 version it was working perfectly.

The WebLink and J-link installation options only copy the required files (libraries, headers, documentation etc) in the load point.

As for setting a j-link application to work within Creo you need to read chapter 1 of the J-link user guide: <load_point>Common Files\M010\jlink\jlinkug.pdf.

The message on the picture you posted is fairly generic. You may be able to find more details about what failed in the message message log.
