I have a lot of udf's meant for hydraulic manifold block designs. Anyone interested?

I am using Creo 10. I have a number of udfs meant for Hydraulic Manifold Block design ease. It is all independant udfs. I had started developing them from about 2005. It includes BSP/NPT ports, angle holes, holes within holes, cartridge cavities etc. It comes out with its own 3D note which can be pulled into the 2D drawings, thus ensuring data transmissibility. Hole tables are also creatable, with hole coordinates in each plane being measured from the centre of the block. But this can be changed, if one so desires.

A note to the moderator:

I am a retired Hydraulic designer (32 years). These tools come with that rich experience built into them. I am not demanding money or anything in return. I just want to see the tools prosper in all environs

I would be delighted to give you a sample. I am enclosing BSP/NPT port udf for creo 10. The questions  asked by the udf are self explanatory to a large extend. It will ask you for :
Placement surface
Y - Plane
X - Plane
Body
after which it will proceed to place the port on the block placement surface. Once placed you can edit the X and Y dimensions to position to your requirement. You can also freely increase the depth. The depths of the port are always taken from the surface of the block to the tip of the drill (118deg cone angle). There is also a spotface provided for sealing purposes on the top (near the block placement surface). If spotface is not required, just click the default 1.5mm SF thickness, and make it 0. You can always bring it back later by changing this dimension later.
3D hole note is always provided, and will change description as you change, accurately. You can pull out these Hole notes in the drawing file (drw file) via the annotation feature. If you need higher than 1 decimal accuracy, there is a "acc" parameter which can be modified to provide greater SF depth accuracy
 

 

 
I am going to post you the port.gph file for your trial. Please use it and tell me of any difficulty you feel. I will clear all your doubts

Also, feel free to add any additional information you think might be relevant. It sometimes helps to have screenshots to better understand what you are trying to do.

Dear Moderator

I would like to emphasise that I am willing to share my work, if anyone is interested. It does not stop with one tool. I have a number of tools. One of the most used samples, is what I have shared above, namely the BSP or NPT port, as used by manifold manufacturers world wide. They differ from normal holes in that the hole depth is always mentioned to the tip, because, when we are working with hydraulic manifold blocks, we have to be very careful about wall punctures, between adjacent holes. Similarily, the port once put on a surface, should not inadvertently move outside the surface, when we move the port during design adjustments. The hole notes should be accurately displaying the details of the port, irrespective of whether, it has a spot-face (counter bore) or not

Apart from these ports, there are cartridge valves of varying configurations with connecting holes at varying depth, Cetop valves, slip-in-cartridges etc.
