Import custom changes/mapkeys from creo 3.0 to creo 4.0

We are currently using creo 3.0 and planning to shift to creo 4.0. We have made some mapkeys and other custom changes in creo 3.0. We want to transfer those same mapkeys and custom changes to creo 4.0. How to do it without losing any data?

Just go ahead and do it.  Most of your Creo 3.0 customization (mapkeys + customized ribbons) should work, but some won't.

I don't think there are any migration tools from PTC that will help you with the transition.
