J-Link API Documentation Needed

My company has Creo 3, and I have an older version of J-Link, which is working. I found a copy of a J-Link manual, but not the documentation for the J-Link API, so I don't know what parameters are needed, exactly what different classes do, etc. Is there any place to download this without jumping through hoops?  Is it available without the wizard?

The whoole documentation, Referece and Manual, can befound :

Thanks, but not on my system. I do not have the API documentation anywhere on my system, which is why I am asking if there is a download anywhere.
