In a nutshell, I can start Pro/E with a JLink app just fine, but a different user on the same computer cannot. I feel like I'm going in circles. I've checked permissions for all files, classpaths, message files. We're using the same path, the same protk.dat file, the same class files, etc. I know it's a long shot, but anyone had this happen that was linked to something specific yet unexpected?
