As a disabled user with only one hand, I need a way to setup Creo Parametric to only use Mouse buttons for PAN. This is the only function that I cannot seem to find a work around from Shift + RMB to PAN in my model. Yes, I can use the Pan icon and have been doing that, but it is extra clicks and impacts productivity.
Other CREO PTC applciations have the ability to modify and control the Pan/Zoom/Rotate features (Creo View, Creo Elements etc), Creo Parametric does not have this ability for those of us that need accomidations due to physical disability and limitations.
When will this be fixed for the user community?
Hi
It's not perfect but you can have the Pan tool readily available to your RMB you can customize it.
To use it :
That's setting is then managed with *.ui file.
If you have not already you can go through that article to manage it : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS288341
Remy, Thank you for the methodology, however, that is still more clicks and actions I desire to take since I use Pan constantly during my activities within CREO Parametric. I would prefer to see consistency between PTC products and an improvement to the existing behavior and configuration abilities.
