Mixed TK Compiling

I am trying to compile a mixed asynchronous toolkit application with
Multithreaded Dll libraries (/MD). I am getting the following linker error:
MSVCRT.lib(MSVCR71.dll) : error LNK2005: _fgetws already defined in
protkmd.lib(ctwcfun.obj)
Can anyone help?

Try ignoring libc.lib.
