Pro/INTRALINK Toolkit M060 -- Standalone toolkit fails to take license

I am trying to build the install_test program with Pro/INTRALINK Toolkit
M060. When I run the program I get a PDMERR_GRAB_LICENSE error. The
license server debug log reports:

12:09:59 (ptc_d) DENIED: "ILINK_TK_ACCESS_License" <user>@<host> (SIGN=
keyword required but missing from the license certificate. (-114,525))

I have implemetented the SIGN2 Pro/INTRALINK license as requried by TAN
141864. This problem appears identical except that it involves the
ILINK_TK_ACCESS_License. Our ILINK_TK_ACCESS_License has the SIGN
attribute, the ILINK_CLIENT_License has the SIGN2 attribute.

Has anyone resolved this problem?

You had better call that one in. You are the first person I have heard
of with that problem and my guess is that it's the same issue as the
ILINK_CLIENT_License.
