Hi, We're developing ProE plugins for the company that extensively use ProE. From time-to time we need consultancy on the Pro/Toolkit API as the available documentation (help files) do not cover topics we experience problems with (taking into account that response time is important for us, PTC forum is not an option for us, unfortunatelly). So could you please list out available options how we can get support from PTC? Is there any special support option available for important customers, etc? -- Regards, Pavel
