ProParameterWithUnitsCreate - PRO_TK_BAD_INPUTS

Hi all, 

I have encountered issue adding parameters to a CREO model, when I try to create an element on CREO 3, I get a PRO_TK_BAD_INPUTS error.

The element I want to add is "product id", which value is 1953626-2563-3636-3. It looks like caracters ' ' and '-' are not accepted by the API function.

Does anyone knows what is the valid character list?

I found out also that I have a different behavior between GUI and API.

If I use CREO interface to enter a new parameter (PARAMETER_1;MİKSAN Motor)

:

it works, thus, if I use the API to insert the value, I get PRO_TK_BAD_INPUTS error. This is due to 'İ' character.
