Has anyone successfully set up Windchill to use an SMTP mail server over SSL.
I have followed the suggestions in TAN 135897 (https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=/135897.htm) and TAN 111704 (https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=/111704.htm) but so far I haven't had any luck.
After restarting Windchill the Method Server log contains the following: -

The mail queue shows that Windchill is attempting to send the first queued message but it doesn't get any further than that.

I suspect that it may be to do with the fact that I am trying to use an "internet" mail server which requires SSL authentication.
Can anyone offer any help?
