Standard Position of letter and length of line for section lines

Hi,

please see attached pictures - first ist the standard output I get in Creo (picture 1) but I want to have the letter in line with the section line by default and also the section line should by longer by default (picture 2)

Is this possible via a config setting?

  

- by standard not to move always manually the letter.

Is this possible with some config settings?
