Is anyone successfully getting Windchill emails using Office 365 as their email server?
We recently switched our email server to Office 365. We do have an SMTP server connected to that, but all our mail goes directly through Office 365. There are only 3 addresses authenticated to go through the SMTP server. (noreply@, Xerox@, automation@) We stopped receiving emails from Windchill. We have changed the server name in the wt.properties file from the old server name to the new (SMTP) server name. Still no emails.
If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
