Windows minimize and maximize event for Creo Parametric

We are working with Creo Parametric 7.0.9.0.  We are giving protection to CAD files using Microsoft MIP. I am Technical Lead for our Add-on for Creo. 

We could not be able to get Windows minimize and maximize event for Creo Parametric. We tried with ProToolkit as well OTK C++.
