Xerox 6050

Xerox 6050

We have spent a lot of time trying to get our drawings to print correctly on a Xerox 6050. I am plotting an e-size format to c-size that should be a perfect ½ scale. For some reason the plot is always off by ¼ or less in x or y or both. We have tried translating in the pcf files, translating in the Xerox settings, and even moving the paper roller. I am convinced that the solution is a combination of these. Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks,

Eric

I've never seen a roll plotter get it perfect... IN my experience, the accuracy is always better width-wise (across the plotter) than lengthwise (as the paper rolls out) which makes sense to me.

Are your inaccuracies consistent with the direction of the paper-travel?
