Just same features or geometry also?
You can traverse through features and compare ID of feature along with feature type with similar details obtained for another part.
It becomes more difficult to verify geometry of both parts for all features.
AFIK, there is no such provision for two part comparison. One can get revision stamp of part / feature in a part to identify whether it has been updated or not.
