Hi Patrick,

I have seen similar errors in the past with other apps. It almost always
boils down to a pathing issue.

Ben

Hi Patrick -

Following up on Ben's comment, I found ucore38.dll here:

<proe_root>\i486_nt\lib\ucore38.dll
<proe_root>\i486_nt\obj\ucore38.dll

These two DLLs are identical; take your pick. They appear
in WF5 but not WF4.
