How to export all coordinate systems in STEP file?

Hi,

I have a part with multiple coordinate systems used for placement purposes. When I save this part as a STEP file, Creo lets me choose just 1 coordinate system for export, but I would like to export all coordinate systems. What am I missing? I use Creo 2.0

I don't recall what was done in Creo 2.0, but perhaps it has to do with the version of STEP file you are outputting?

The PTC online help says the following about entities output in STEP files:

Datum features such as points, planes, axes, and coordinate systems and the import of STEP groups in accordance with the AP214IS, AP203E2, AP242, and the AP242CD formats.

Perhaps there is a submenu offered when you are writing a STEP file that specifies you want the datum entities in your model to be output, too? There's always a coordinate system in the file that is the one defining the geometry's position in 3D space.
