Is it possible to extend de validity of a licence?

I have a BIG Problem.

I'm Engineering student and installed CREO 3 Parametric a year ago for using it within a Project.

Everything was fine so i deciced do do another Projekt this year. But last sunday my licence ran out in the middle of the project

and i have no idea how to fix this. I tried to reconfigure the software with the setup file but when I enter the simple licence number

from the PDF file an error occurs.

I would be very thankfull for your quick response because the projects deadline is comming soon.

At first, thany you for your quick response!!!

somehow it still won't work.

The error occurs after entering my userdata.

( at the point where usually the "success" messageshould appear)

It says Invalid Produkt code (and yes i checked it twice)

By the way I'm Student in Austria (Europe) if this is helpfull.

I have really no clue why this happens.

Send them your old license file - it contains MAC address of your networks card.
