I have ordered ptc creo license and now i've got email with pdf which contains the information about SCN , SON and Customer number etc.
In this document they have given me a link to request license code. I download web based installer and i have run the .exe file. Then gave the SON then it ran few minutes and finished. I have got nothing about license file or something and no sofwares or license servers are installed. what can i do next or Have i done it wrong way?
