Printing .PDF files

When I create .PDF files in ProE, the resulting print has very poor line quality. Does anyone know how to create more "crisp" images.

thanks

Are you using the PDF print button through the ProE GUI, or the print manager?

I tried it both ways.

We use the print to pdf button.
Under the tab FORMAT I choose, "stroke all fonts" and "grayscale".
Under the tab CONTENT I choose, "layers none" and "All parameters.

Hope you find what works,
Frank

Could it be that your problem isn't in ProE but in the settings in Acrobat?

In preferences Page Display there is a pick named Enhance thin lines which if it's checked makes drawing lines thicker.

Also, you might want to use "monochrome" instead of color or grayscale.

Check if you have lineweights set in your config.pro or if you have a pen table file. If so, figure out which colors the offending lines are and adjust the thickness of the lines.
