Creo Parametric 1.0

How do I set all sketch user dimensions to automatically be Locked?
I could do this in Wildfire but can't figure out how in Creo, I am having to right mouse button each dimension to lock.

Have a look at the following config options:
sketcher_dimension_autolock
sketcher_lock_modified_dims
