Export a NASTAN out of Pro-E

Is there anyway to export a NASTRAN file from Pro-E 3.0 in the standard application? I know there is a was to do it in themechanica applicationin the FEM mode, but that will not work for me.

If you're after a NASTRAN "deck" containing an FE "mesh", then I believe
the answer is 'no'.

An FE mesh is a fairly complex thing, which is difficult to generate
automatically with any degree of quality, and I'd be surprised if any
general CAD software has this capability.

However, most/all FE pre-processors (such as Altair Hypermesh) will
accept IGES or STEP export files, or possibly even native Pro/E files
these days.
