How does automatic links between Ports work using Schematics?

Hello everyone,

i am working with Creo Schematics by try and error for learning the basic usage of this program to create a wiring harness and Im stuck entering the "From/To Component" Information. Autodesignation works and Spools are added fine but i have to add the starting and ending Ports for every wire manually.

Here are the information I use with examples:

For Connectors:

contact_size description full_name layer model_name name name_format obj_type sheets type Datatable Serial Number
5 Connector   DEF_LINES       CONNECTOR   COMPONENT

For Ports of Connectors:

connection_count def_grouping entry port full name layer name name_format sheets type Datatable Serial Number
  Round entry           PORT

For Wires:

color full_name layer min_bend_radius name name_format obj_type sheets spool_name thickness type units wire_gauge Datatable Serial Number
BK           WIRE       CONNECTION!WIRE!WIRING_WIRE

Is there any missing information or do I fail at the import of xml file? How do i get network information to these data?

I import a csv. file for Spools, and export/import a xml file for creating harness in Creo 2.0.

Thanks for any advice at this topic
