How to include text/symbol in drawing to reflect in all sheets?

Hi,

We add/remove preliminary stamp/symbol on drawings on each sheet seperatly.

Is there any way that if I add/remove symbol on any sheet, it will be added/removed on other sheets too.

You can use the symbol in a drawing format that is applied to all sheets - then if you change the format, all sheets reflect the change.

I'll give you 1/2 of the answer:

- if you already have the "Preliminary" symbol on multiple sheets, then you just go to: Symbol/Symbol Gallery/Delete/Name and select the "Preliminary" symbol from the list. This will remove the symbol from all of your sheets.

For adding the symbol to multiple sheets, I'll try maybe a mapkey...
