Importing Excel Tables into Drawing Formats

Hey Peeps,

I was wondering if it is possible to import tables pre made in Microsft Excel into drawing format files. In addition if this is possible if it can parametrically update when the xl file is modified. I am currently working in WF5.

Is it possible to format the table import into a format input prompt?

I would have to take a look at it. but just to make sure i understand; you want a prompt to ask you which table to use when creating a new drawing?

Yes that is correct. The end goal is when a new drawing is made tolerance tables are imported corresponding to the material the part is made out of.
