I have an assembly that I need to show in several different positions of operation on the drawing.
In version 2001 and before, I would place the assembly in position 1 on the drawing then use VIEW, MOD VIEW, SNAPSHOT. Then I would modify the assembly to the next position and place the next view with the assembly in position 2 and then snapshot etc... This created the views in different positions on the same page although the views were no longer parametrically tied to the model.
Two questions: 1. Can you still perform a snapshot in WF 2.0? ( I looked everywhere for it and can't find it ). 2. Is there a better way to do what I'm trying to do - without breaking the drawing / model associativity? ( What about family tables or view states? )
