You actually don't need any 3rd party software, assuming you have Adobe Illustrator (or if you can reach the person who created the original AI file). AI will export a *.dxf file. And, to clarify another post on this topic, _any_ version of AI (for the past 7 or so years) will export *.dxf. You do _not_ need AI CS2 specifically.
Another little benefit of Illustrator is that it will open vector based PDF files, like most connector suppliers provide, and allow you to create a DXF... You may not need this in later versions of Pro/E, but works great for WF II.... (Watch the scale though... The PDF may have created with "print to fit" type options!)
