I have a big problem with the way NC_Sheetmetal handles placement of shakeaway points. We have a really nice start-assembly that within a few minutes can create complete fabrication sets for design variations, as it should be. The one glaring issue is with the shakeaway points on the cut contours. As the part grows or shrinks the shakeaway points are moved. Why didn't PTC put the ability to at least place the shakeaway in the mid-point of the curve? This would make us so much happier and would mean not having to blow them away and re-create everytime!
Has anyone found creative ways to define these? Is there a dimension located somewhere not obvious that I can create relations for?
