Summary: Need help with variable Feature(s) in Family Tabledriven part

Thanks to all who chimed in here to assist. There were lots of different
suggestions; some more creative that others (not surprising!).

As is often the case, the problem was one of "the forest for the trees"
syndrome. What worked?

Creating a pattern of points to use as a reference for the holes.

Creating the first hole (thru, with countersink); Pattern them; Add Hole
Pattern to the FT; suppress them (for now)

Create the second hole (threaded); Pattern them; Add Hole Pattern to FT;

Set the Y/N Criteria for the selected pattern on a per instance basis;

Verify all.

Now for a couple of interesting observations. The ultimate solution also
relied on a couple of other things I didn't know I could do.

For instance, I created the THRU holes as if threaded so I could add the
CHAMFER as a Countersink, and removing the threads. (This was somewhat
counterintuitive at first, but worked nicely). In addition, this left
me with a somewhat odd Hole Callout note, which I had to go back and
manually edit. It was also a bit surprising that I was able to Resume
BOTH sets of patterned holes without having a failure! While I'm still
not 100% sure why this is, I think it has to do with NOT having the
Chamfer feature as a child of the thru hole.

I believe that I have accomplished what I set out to do (and with
original design intent intact), thanks to the suggestions of several
people.
