How to uninstall Implementer from an endpoint?

We have an endpoint we wish to uninstall PTC Implementer from.  How do we do so?

Re: How to uninstall Implementer from an endpoint?

Rob:

It's pretty straight forward ...

  1. Shut down the remote comms daemon using the ICOMCTL command.
  2. Delete the receiver library (PTCIR is the default library name).
  3. Delete the MWIPROD user profile.

Re: How to uninstall Implementer from an endpoint?

I did these steps:

ADDLIBLE MKSIR

ICOMCTL SDPRC(Y)

RMVLIBLE MKSIR

WRKLIB LIB(PTC*)

  • (Cannot find object to match specified name.)

WRKLIB LIB(MK*)

  • Library     Attribute
  • MKSARCH     TEST
  • MKSIR       PROD

Deleted them.

However, when I went to delete MWIPROD it owns numerous objects.

  • /Implementer/MKSIR/...
  • /MKS/Implementer/...
  • Object                Library       Type      Attribute
  • IMA053003             QSYS          *LIB      TEST
  • IM0855004             QSYS          *LIB      TEST
  • ...
  • IM7555001             QSYS          *LIB      TEST
  • IM9030003             QSYS          *LIB      TEST

Just delete all these too?
