When Windchill Performance Advisor will be back with new data?

Yesterday, in the daily mail I received from TS, there was a bulletin with this title:

Planned Maintenance to PTC Performance Advisors starting Friday 3rd November, 15:00 EST

Today above link is no more reachable and no new data were loaded since last Friday.

Has anyone some update about it?

Another day without new data in our dashboard.

Hi Peter,

is Performance Advisor site still under maintenance?

My last data was more then 10 days older.

After maintenance did on November 3rd, no new data were loaded in my dashboard and under "My Support Recommendations" now I can see stuff not related to my machines.

So I think that issues are on your side.

Another thing that makes me think that the problem is on your side are the suggestions I can view in the left lower corner of Performance Advisor (see attached image).

Hi Marco,

I got the same orange box with very strange topics in it...

And today, from the Windchill Perf Advisor portal, i had my gadgets removed and others ffrom Creo placed in.

Yesterday data from Performance Advisor were back.

I think there is still a problem with recommendations at this link:
