Coverting from Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 to Creo 3.0

We are planning to migrate from Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 to Creo 3.0, Also we have customized Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 which we intend to a larger extent according to our company needs, I want that same to transferred to Creo 3.0. Same with the customization of EMX7.0 which I intend to want in EMX 9.0.

Kindly suggest.

Run Creo3 on a test machine to test all of your customizations.

Mapkeys may or may not still work as there is no guarantee of upgradeabilty by PTC.

If you have compiled customized code, it may need to be recompiled.

Hello Sankalp,

it is possible to use all your customized EMX components from EMX 7.0 in EMX 9.0.

Be aware to backup the EMX7.0 components, you still have to add them to the EMX9.0 components folder manually.
