Do you have an active support subscription? If so you should be able to log on to the PTC support page (https://support.ptc.com/) and browse to the PTC Software Downloads page (https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/software_update/swupdate.jsp). From there you can go to the Order or Download Software Updates page, select the product family you are looking for, and then you will find the various versions available for download.
