Modeling 19.0 hangs when loading part library object
Hello all, whenever I want to load an item from Part library, creo elements direct modeling 19 hangs forever and i have to kill it with task manager. I can view the item, it hangs when i press middle mouse to complete the command. I can create screw connections, feather keys and gears with part library, the problem happens with the command with "load" icon. On google i found https://support.ptc.com/apps/solution_preview/solution/lang/presolution?lang=en&n=CS193389 which is exactly what happens to me, but i didn't found the solution. Is there a patch or a release? Thanks in advance 😉

The issue was the graphics card driver. Do you have the latest driver?
Also in the future, place your posts here to make them easier to find.

Did you have this problem before updating the driver?
If this continues, I would put a trouble ticket in with PTC.
