PDF issue but anyone seen this and know the solution

Ignore the comment annotations. Edge opens PDF fine and looks good. Adobe looks like this poor quality below. How would you describe this issue so I can google a solution?

Found my own solution.

Unchecked "Smooth line art" and it now looks proper.
