Platform Support page for 19.0M040?

I have this link:  PTC Creo Elements/Direct Manager Server 19.0 Platform Support

But I believe it is for 19.0M030

Looking for the Platform Support page for 19.0M040

Specifically need to know if 19.0M040 supports Windows 10

Creo Elements Direct is supported on 64 bit Windows 10.  However  Many of the translators do not work, which in my opinion makes the product useless.

These translators do not work, according to PTC.

Catia V4 .model, .exp

IGES

ACIS

Solidworks .x_t, x_b

Solid Edge .x_t

NX .xmt_txt, x_t

Apparently .STP still works though.

19.M040 platform document is missing under apps.cocreate.com

Here are alternatives:

https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS132717

This article says that Windows 10 is supported by 19.M040+

https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS65690

However that doesn't give the information about the translators which Tom mentioned.

Do you have access to these pages?

https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS225206&art_lang=en&posno=1&q=windows%2010%20support&ProductFa…

includes the information on the translators.

The mentioned KB article has been updated to reflect the recent release of 19.0M050

Strange: The list of *unsupported* translators has *increased* in 19.0M050 (compared to 19.0M040)
