Here here. I created a script now that handles it. Smiley Happy

It is a simple task to accomplish… and I should add this to my backups

My issue is, why is this something I get from hearsay from PTC support. I
had a Hotline guy tell me it should be done daily… And his tone was that I
was an idiot for not having this in my everyday routine….. but I have
never seen that documented. It wasn’t taught in the Systems Admin class.

Hi guys,

I was on the phone with PTC support earlier and they mentioned something
about creating a job that clears out all the Apache cache. Do you all know
of something that can do this on a weekly basis?

Thanks everyone for the help! I got some help and created a BAT file that stopped Windchill and Apache and cleared the cache(s) then retart the services. I added it to Task Scheduler for Weekly on Saturdays.

Thanks again!
