Good morning,
I have a user who has been able in the past to share his Creo 2 session via webex for design reviews, etc. Recently Creo has started shutting down shortly after he is made presenter, like within seconds, every time. The webex session however stays active and he is able to pass the presenter role on to someone else.
Has anyone else seen this? Do you have any suggestions? Nothing has changed with the Creo install itself. I plan to update the nVidia driver (Quadro 4000) first. Any other ideas??
Dell Precision T3500, W3565 processor, nVidia Quadro 4000 video, Windows 7 64bit OS.
