Model Notes in Drawing

Guru's,

I have a user that made a nice model with showing the layout of different design tasks. He used Annotation notes to do this and it looks nice in the model. However, when he goes to the Drawing it all changes.

It looks like there is no scaling on the text in an annotation note. And it looses the text rotation.

Anyone have ideas or are they out of luck?

Hi Andy,
I suggest using Sketched curves instead of the Annotation features to
overcome this.

There may be a way to control annotation features but I am not familiar
with it. I am familiar with using Sketches with text in them either
directly on a surface or projected onto a surface to show the type of thing
you want. You get to control the text size so it looks like your top
picture. You can put those sketches onto layers and control their
visibility this way.

Hope this helps.

I would suggest using decals (textures) on those surfaces.

When you display the view "shaded" in the drawing, the decals will show just like in the model.
