Options drop-down menu within some features (like Surface: copy) not popping up

Hello,

As the image attached shows, the "Options" drop down menu is nowhere to be found. I must have moved it and never re-anchored it and now it won't propagate anywhere on my screens.

Any suggestions besides restarting my laptop?

Thanks for the help.

Best,

Eric

This sounds like the problem described in this thread:

'Placement' sub menu won't appear - what have I missed?

along with the solution to "reset" the GUI panel placements.

To clarify this answer, the solution in that thread is a link to another thread and the solution there isn't really what you want.  It's at the bottom of the second thread, here:

In such cases other option can be used to rest the position of panels. Option "Rest Panels Position" is available under File > Options > Window Settings "Rest Panels Position".

Interesting... I didn't know we could do that (Creo 3 onward).

How annoying 😛

Even more annoying is that it remains after you shut down and re-open.

Most likely the windows is behind the Creo window.

That makes it even harder to grab.

Try the Alt-Tab trick to see if you can grab the menu.

Alt-Tab will highlight -all- open windows, including Creo menus.

If it is outside your screen, you may need a second monitor with higher resolution to find it.

Or there may be other Windows tricks that I know nothing about.
