Summary on drafters getting OT

This is a summary of the answers to the question of payment of overtime that I posted a couple of weeks ago.

I received 14 replies for engineers:
1 was paid OT at time and 1/2 at 45 hours/week
11 were totally exempt
2 had the possibility of some comp time if OT was worked

I received 20 replies for drafters/designers:
2 get time and ½ at 40 hours and double time on Sundays
2 may get comp time but not at a 1 for 1 ratio.
14 get time and ½ at 40 hours
1 gets straight time to 44 hours then time and ½
1 gets straight time even after 40 hours
At least one of the drafter/designer replies above was a union shop. This was not included in my questions originally so some of the answers may be from union shops and I am not aware of this.
