Integrity 12.1 Upgrade Issue

Does anyone have experience in importing SSL certificate in Integrity 12.1 version? Now procedure is different from earlier versions  as we need to install java externally now .I have imported SSL certificate into java Keystore. Application is not able to connect with LDAP server but it works without encryption. Does it relates to certificate Issue??

Import with keytool----

D:\Integrity\Java\bin>keytool -import -keystore D:\Integrity\Java\lib\security\cacerts  -alias Integrity -file D:\Integrity\Java\bin\********CA_PEM.cer

From a configuration standpoint the process of configuring SSL should be the same - even though the Java JRE is no longer bundled with Integrity. It is not clear whether you are configuring secure LDAP communication where Integrity is the client or whether you are configuring SSL for Integrity Server. (Where WebUI and ThickClients are the SSL clients and Integrity Server is the SSL Server) . Regardless, it is very difficult to troubleshoot these types of issues without a full set of logs and background information. I highly recommend you open a ticket with Integrity Support.
