After running the installer, I closed the web page with the connection settings for the KEPServerEX ThingWorx Native Interface. How do I get back to this information?

Starting with ThingWorx Manufacturing Apps 8.1, a Connection Info box was added to Controls Advisor that will display the Configuration settings needed in KEPServerEX. In Controls Advisor, select the server instance you are connecting with, then select the Key icon

Be sure the information displayed here matches the settings you have in place in your KEPServerEX Project Properties in the ThingWorx property group.
